Secure your booking with deposit $3500 no matter the size of party. The remaining amount will settle after the dinner.
We recommend reaching out via DM before placing your order to ensure a smooth experience.
After making the deposit, you will receive a text through Whatsapp to confirm your booking and provide further informations.
When requesting dining venue arrangement through us, the following policies apply:
Outside cakes are welcome and will not charge extra fee.
Outside bottle is welcome and we do have a corkage fee at HK$60 per person for unlimited bottle
Children are welcome, 3 years old or below does not count as a participant. 4-11 years old will count as 1/2 participant.
Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation and get a refund if you reserve via this website, by following heichicooks's cancellation policy.
To receive a refund, you need to notify us at least 21 days before the date of your reservation if you plan to reduce the size of your party or cancel altogether. After this deadline, the prepayment you made becomes non-refundable.
Upon cancellation, a non-refundable 10% administration fee will be charged. Once your cancellation is accepted, you may expect to receive the refund within 5-10 business days.

Terms and Conditions for Private Dinner
The Service Provider provides personal, on-site culinary preparation and hosting services (the "Service") only. The Service Provider is not a restaurant, does not operate a food business premises, and does not sell food items or table reservations to the general public. Clients are strictly hiring the professional labor, expertise, and menu curation of the chef.
By placing a booking, participants explicitly and agree that the Private Dinner is limited to the sharing and splitting of food ingredient costs among friends and does not constitute a seller-customer relationship.
The cost associated with the Private Dinner cover the costs of food ingredients, materials, and other related expenses for convenience ONLY. The payment of these cost is intended for sharing and distributing costs and does not represent the purchase of goods or table services.
Participants understand and agree that the purpose of the Private Dinner is to establish a friendly and harmonious relationship and to jointly enjoy the process of preparing and consuming food ingredients.
Hei Chi only provide on-site culinary services at a residential venue provided entirely by the client. However if any venue arrangement assitance requested, participants agree that by placing an order, they are extending an invitation to a friend of Hei Chi to lend Hei Chi a place for free. Hei Chi is invited to cook for the participants and invite them over to enjoy the meal. Participants acknowledge that responsible for hosting and cooking meals for their friends. Participants are also permitted to request their friends to contribute to the cost of ingredients, and it is their responsibility to communicate and arrange the splitting of such costs among their friends.
The organizers of the Private Dinner are not responsible for the communication between participants, the quality of food ingredients, or other related matters. Participants are responsible for their own actions and assume personal responsibility and risk.
These terms aim to clarify the nature of the Private Dinner Service and the relationship between participants. Please read these terms carefully before securing a sit.
